What skills can I bring to your organisation?

I have accumulated a number of skills throughout my career, and education. Below are a few skills that I think I am particularly strong in.

Communication. I specialise in translation between technical experts and laypeople.

Industrial relations. I have an affinity for the law, and enjoy the personnel aspect of industrial relations.

Governance. I have strong views on strategic direction, and policy management. I believe without such foundations an organisation will constantly struggle.

Operational Management. I can apply lean management principles, and work along the supply chain in almost any environment.

Recruitment and staff retention. I enjoy understanding what makes people tick, and as such enjoy ensuring my staff are satisfied in their positions.

Market analysis. I understand what it is to be a customer. I have throughout my career worked as an advocate for the core customer of the organisation, ensuring that each process in the organisation adds value rather than detracts it.
